"For much of my life, I had the persistent sense that the seemingly separate chapters of my story were somehow connected.
I've been a daughter, sister, friend, partner, wife, step-parent, caretaker, pet parent, student, artist, writer, and professional. I've also experienced difficult relationships, divorce, loss, family complexities, health challenges, and more than a few unexpected changes in direction.
I didn't understand all of those experiences while I was living them. I simply kept moving through them, learning what I could, rebuilding when I needed to, and gradually becoming more willing to listen to myself. Alongside that very human life was another part of me that I kept much more private.
I've always been intuitive. There were things I sensed without knowing how I knew them, vivid dreams, synchronicities, and experiences I couldn't easily explain. As my curiosity grew, I began exploring spirituality more intentionally through astrology, intuitive readings, past-life regression, and other practices that offered different ways of understanding ourselves and our experiences.
I wasn't searching for a profession. I was trying to understand myself."
"Over time, my intuitive experiences became more pronounced. Some came through dreams. Others through imagery, physical sensations, words, or a strong sense of knowing. I experienced what I understood as clairaudience, clairvoyance, automatic writing, remote viewing, and dreams that seemed to anticipate things I had not yet experienced. Among them were several dreams I would understand only years later. In two of them, I was healing people through the laying of hands. At the time, I didn't know what to do with them.
Over the years, I sat with intuitives and astrologers who independently reflected a similar theme back to me: healer, teacher, messenger. One told me very specifically that healing through the laying of hands would become part of my path. I listened. And then I went back to my life.
It wasn't until Reiki entered it years later that those seemingly unrelated threads began coming together. Reiki felt strangely familiar to me. What began as learning a healing practice gradually became something much more personal: a recognition of work I felt deeply connected to, and a way to bring together experiences that had accompanied me for much of my life.
I don't pretend to have every answer about why my path unfolded as it did. I just know that when I look back, I can finally see the thread. I didn't set out to become a healer. I simply followed it."

ASCENSION HEALING
grew from that journey. Today, my work centers on Intuitive Reiki and Authentic Life Coaching; two different practices grounded in one shared belief: The deepest answers and capacity for healing don't reside in me. They reside within you.
My role isn't to define your experience, tell you who you should become, or claim responsibility for your healing. In Reiki, I serve as a conduit for life-force energy and remain receptive to intuitive impressions that may arise. I share what I receive and leave its meaning with you. In coaching, I listen, ask questions, reflect what I notice, and create tools and opportunities for deeper exploration. I don't give you the answers. I help create the space in which you can hear your own.
Different practices. The same respect for your autonomy, wisdom, and individual experience.
Shanti Ascension Healing is a place where you don't need to perform, have everything figured out, or arrive as a particular version of yourself. You can simply begin where you are. You don't need to become someone new. Sometimes healing is the journey of returning to the person you've been all along.
TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL FOUNDATION
My work is deeply personal and intuitive, but it is also grounded in formal training and a commitment to practicing responsibly.
Intuitive Reiki
I am a Reiki Master and have completed all three levels of Reiki training under the guidance of a Certified Professional Reiki Master. My formal training provided the foundation for a practice that has deepened through experience, continued learning, and the people and animals who have trusted me to work with them.
As part of my continued learning, I have also completed a Bengston Energy Healing Method® Workshop and may incorporate the method alongside Reiki in my practice.
Authentic Life Coaching
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, trained through Rogue Community College's professional coaching program. My education provided a foundation in coaching principles, communication, active listening, thoughtful questioning, ethical practice, and supporting meaningful change.
