Intuitive REIKI
Sometimes healing begins simply by becoming still enough to listen to what your body, mind, and inner wisdom have been trying to tell you.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports relaxation and well-being through the flow of universal life-force energy.
I don't approach Reiki believing I'm doing the healing; I'm a channel through which the energy can flow. Although I'm an equal participant, I'm just part of the equation, not the solution.
My role is to create a quiet, compassionate space, remain present and receptive, and allow the Reiki to unfold without forcing an outcome.
Reiki works with the body's energetic system, encouraging balance, relaxation, and a deeper connection between body, mind, and self.
IN-PERSON INTUITIVE REIKI
One Hour Intuitive Reiki
A restorative session offering time to slow down, settle inward, and experience Reiki in a quiet, supportive space.
60-minute in-person session: $80

Extended Intuitive Reiki
A spacious Reiki experience with additional time to settle inward, receive, and integrate whatever may arise during your session.

ANIMAL REIKI
Reiki for Animal Companions
Animals can be remarkably receptive to quiet, gentle energy work. Reiki offers your companion a calm, compassionate experience centered entirely around their comfort.
30-minute in-person session: $65
30-minute distance session: $40
Animal Reiki provides gentle, non-invasive energetic support during times of change, stress, aging, or simply as an opportunity to relax and connect. Sessions are always guided by your companion's comfort and willingness to receive.
Distance sessions take place at an agreed-upon time, with an opportunity for reflection afterward.
Reiki is complementary and is not a substitute for appropriate veterinary care.

Every Reiki experience is individual. Some sessions are deeply restful; others may bring physical sensations, emotions, imagery, memories, or unexpected insight. I don't seek or promise a particular experience. I remain present, receptive, and trusting of what unfolds. I share what I receive. You decide what it means.
MY REIKI PRACTICE
I am a Reiki Master trained in all three Reiki levels. My practice is grounded in that training while shaped by the presence, intuition, and receptivity I bring to each individual session.
No two experiences are exactly alike, and I allow each session to unfold without expectation or a prescribed outcome.
