ABOUT REIKI

What is Intuitive Reiki, and how is it different from traditional Reiki?
Every Reiki practitioner brings their own approach to the work. My practice combines traditional Reiki techniques with my natural intuition, allowing me to remain receptive to impressions that may add another layer to the experience. -
What happens during a session?
We begin by talking about what you’d like to get out of your session. You’ll remain fully dressed while lying face up on the table with your head and knees supported. Sound therapy accompanies the session. I offer Reiki through light touch or with my hands hovering above your body, followed by time to reflect on your session. -
What might I experience?
Most clients describe a deep sense of relaxation, while others report imagery during a meditative state, tingling sensations, stomach rumbling, or very little at all. No two Reiki sessions are alike; each experience is unique to the client. -
Will you share any intuitive impressions you receive?
If you’re open to receiving any impressions I may get, I’ll gladly share them with you. If you’re not interested in that aspect of my work, I keep them to myself. -
Do I need to believe in Reiki?
No. You don’t need to believe in Reiki or share any particular spiritual beliefs. I have noticed, however, that clients who come in open to the experience often report deeper or richer sessions. -
What is Distance Reiki, and how does it work?
Distance Reiki is based on the Reiki principle that energy is not limited by physical proximity. I enter a meditative state, connect with universal energy, and use intention and Reiki symbols to offer Reiki wherever you are in the world. -
What can I expect during a Distance Reiki session?
Your role is simply to be in a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and receive. You may experience responses similar to an in-person session, such as deep relaxation, emotional release, or seeing colors or images -
Do you offer Reiki for animals?
Yes. I’ve often found animals to be incredibly receptive to Reiki. I don’t need to touch them to offer it. I always guide sessions by the animal’s comfort and willingness to participate.

ABOUT LIFE COACHING

-
What is Authentic Life Coaching?
My practice is grounded in traditional life coaching principles, but I’ve developed my own approach, along with a collection of tools and exercises. This work encourages self-discovery, helps you recognize patterns, build self-trust, and find your own answers. -
How is life coaching different from therapy?
Life coaches and therapists each play important roles, but as a life coach, I don’t have the same training, licensure, or legal scope as a therapist. Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions; my work focuses on self-discovery, personal growth, goal setting, patterns, and navigating life transitions. -
Will you tell me what I should do?
Never. I’ll offer perspective, questions, tools, and exercises that help you recognize patterns, draw on your strengths, and find your own solutions. The decisions remain yours. -
What happens before my first coaching session?
We’ll meet or have a discovery call to explore what you’d like to achieve through coaching. From there, I’ll create a program tailored to your needs, so you’ll know what we’ll be working on session by session. -
Do I have to commit to a full coaching program?
No. Until we explore what you’re seeking from coaching, I won’t know which structure will best support your needs. Once I create your plan, we can discuss individual sessions or any program options I recommend.

How do I know whether Intuitive Reiki or
Authentic Life Coaching is right for me?
The best way to figure out what’s right for you is to start a conversation and explore which one, both, or neither is the best fit.
Intuitive Reiki offers an opportunity to slow down, relax, and receive without needing to talk through or solve anything. It may be a good choice if you’re drawn to energy work or simply want space to become still and reconnect with yourself.
Authentic Life Coaching is more active and conversational. It may be better if you’re navigating a transition, recognizing patterns you’d like to change, rebuilding self-trust, or wanting greater clarity about your choices and what comes next.
Some people are drawn to both. Reiki and coaching offer different experiences, and you can use them separately or together, depending on what you’re looking for.
Until we talk about what you want more of in your life, there’s no way to know which approach will suit you best. I invite you to take advantage of a complimentary discovery call so we can figure that out together.

TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL FOUNDATION
My work is deeply personal and intuitive, but it is also grounded in formal training and a commitment to practicing responsibly.
Intuitive Reiki
I am a Reiki Master and have completed all three levels of Reiki training under the guidance of a Certified Professional Reiki Master. My formal training provided the foundation for a practice that has deepened through experience, continued learning, and the people and animals who have trusted me to work with them.
As part of my continued learning, I have also completed a Bengston Energy Healing Method® Workshop and may incorporate the method alongside Reiki in my practice.
Authentic Life Coaching
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, trained through Rogue Community College's professional coaching program. My education provided a foundation in coaching principles, communication, active listening, thoughtful questioning, ethical practice, and supporting meaningful change.
